We have been contacted by a number of people saying they have received a reply to their objection letter from Lincolnshire County Council but are dissatisfied that the letter does not address the points they had raised. Several have asked how they go about complaining that their letter has not been taken seriously.
If you would like to complain regarding the reply to your letter the best way of doing so is to send a short response by letter or email to LCC saying you object to the fact that their reply did not address the points you had raised. This should be copied to Lincolnshire County Council, Corporate Feedback, PO BOX 841, Lincoln, LN1 1ZE or by email to email@example.com.
Most of the letters received appear to be very similar with many being almost identical. If you have received a reply to your objection from LCC and are happy sharing it with us please email the letter to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to discuss any issues arising from your objection letter please contact us again at email@example.com.
